My new room station is getting better day by day... This is my latest build. (Nov 2019)
Wires now are well hidden but changes are very difficult. Needs "fine tuning"
Well... Local store had it on SUPER PRICE on Black Friday sales and here it is. I am planning to use it most for Digital (D-STAR). 1.2 GHz is a band that makes me curious.... I already bought a new antenna for SHF ... see below
A new rig in town!
After a long period a YAESU again in my shack. I will use it most for QSO's at 2m SSB and Digital.
XIEGU G90 - QRP HF TRANCEIVER
Xiegu G90 HF Amateur Radio Transceiver 20W SSB/CW/AM/FM 0.5-30MHz SDR Structure with Built-in Auto Antenna Tuner. I love this little monster :)
My latest HF Transceiver 2019/04. New era for me! I am very pleased with this Rig.
ANYTONE - D878UV
My latest DMR. Works perfect! Best value for money
POWER SUPPLY 5 ~15 VDC, 40 Amp CONTINUOUS - Serves my needs perfectly for almost 15 years
My collection of Handheld Radios (Radioddity GD-77(dmr), ICOM E91(Dstar), Alinco DJ-G7, Yaesu VX3 etc.+ AOR AR8200-MK3 Receiver
Small collection of good handhelds.
Most of them are already sold for newer models
A perfect companion for 2m and 70cm. D-STAR technology. Great receive audio. Clear low signals.
// UPDATE// SOLD to a new happy user!
RM 145 Linear Amplifier 140-150MHz. FM and SSB
Second Hand HamFest Athens 2010 from my friend SV1EAG
// UPDATE// SOLD
AOR 8200 MK3
Wide range receiver connected on a discone antenna. Listens almost everything! Great Receiver
//UPDATE// SOLD TO A BETTER USER THAN ME !
It's a 3band (VHF-UHF-SHF). I plan to use it on SHF band and partially at 70cm.
Latest installation for HF bands. Works better than i expected! SWR 1:1 from 80m to 6m bands after a very rough tuning evening.
Thank you Jim (SV1LHZ) for sharing your time and knowledge!!
//Update// Be noted that the UNUN has limited life against Digital modes when more that 25 Watts. I didn't know that and burnt mine. Hopefully changing the UNUN everything is back in normal. ....Phew !
Diamond A502HB 6m 2 Element Yagi
Nice antenna works great at the 6m band. HB's are well known antennas for their efficiency when space is an issue.
Diamond W-8010 80m to 10m with traps.
